Creating an "Other;_____" field in Access -

i creating field (or column) in table in access database using "lookup wizard". intent use lookup wizard type in choices user can select from, have been able successfully.

my question, if there way add "other" choice in table selection if chosen user can manually enter text. i'd able in look-up wizard, not have create new field "other" in table. want listbox have following format;

choice 1

choice 2

choice 3

other; _____________

is there way can done in ms access 2013?
